Here what people are saying about our Training courses

Heartsaver First Aid Class. This class offers a variety of medical emergency situations from simple nose bleeds to serious emergencies like stroke and allergic reactions, which will also include how to identify critical patients, hands on training in applying splints and bandaging, and various techniques on when and how to properly relocate your patients if the need arises.

Heartsaver CPR/AED Class. This class is not like your average CPR class. It will cover the most up to date CPR techniques and include a brief but very informative lecture on how the heart works in relations to heart attacks and heart disease. In addition, you will be trained and certified on how to use the AED (Automated External Defibrillator). This valuable portable defibrillator used to convert the heart in cardiac arrest was at one time only available to firefighters and paramedics. Defibrillators are currently being implemented in places such as airports, shopping malls, health clubs, public schools and other businesses through out the country. AED training is now a part of your CPR class.

Heartsaver First Aid/CPR/AED Class. This class is a combination of the two classes listed above.

BLS Healthcare Provider Class This class is designed for all licensed and non-licensed healthcare professionals, including: nurses, physicians, medical assistants, respiratory therapist, EMT'S and other allied healthcare professionals. The course covers first aid, foreign body airway obstruction, AED, CPR skills using ventilation mask with barrier devices and oxygen.

Heartsaver Pediatric First aid The course provides training for those who have a duty to respond to first aid emergencies, such as child care workers, teachers, foster care workers, camp counselors, youth groups, coaches for sports organizations and others. This course contains information on how to manage illnesses and injuries in a child during the first few minutes until professional help arrives. The core course content covers: first aid basics, medical emergencies, injury emergencies and environmental emergencies.

Blood Borne Pathogen Class This class available to the public, is designed to inform the trainee about the risk and types of infectious diseases contracted through exposure, how to prevent exposure and universal precautions, and proper methods of handling Biohazards and potential contaminants.
